Forming an LLC is something almost any small business owner can do themselves in a few hours. The state's filing portal will accept your Articles of Organization for the cost of the state filing fee — usually $50 to $200 — and you'll have an LLC. We wrote a guide for every state explaining exactly how to do it.
If you'd rather not learn the filing portal yourself, we'll do it for $199 plus your state's fees. That's the offer. We don't have premium tiers or compliance packages. The first year of our registered agent service is included ($99/year after that), and you can name your own agent instead.

Each state's filing office processes new LLCs on its own schedule. Some are same-day (Wyoming, Colorado on a good week); some are weeks (California, sometimes Illinois).
